Restock Coming In March!
Thank you everyone for your patience and consistent support. We are bringing more steers in January and expect to be fully restocked by March 1st. We are also working to get everything lined up so we can be as consistent as possible. In addition, we will be adding more farmers market locations in March.

Our cattle are ranch-raised with care and processed under USDA inspection. Available in individual cuts and bundles, so you can try before you commit to a full beef share. Enjoy premium steaks, roasts, and more — all vacuum-sealed and freezer-ready.

We also offer local beef, pork, and lamb shares perfect for big families or stocking up your freezer. Available in halves or wholes, these shares give you high-quality, locally raised meat straight from our ranch.
