We are transitioning our beef shares to USDA processed beef. This will make the process much simpler for everyone with a single upfront price instead of purchasing live weight and paying separate butcher fees.
We will be announcing the cut lists and exactly what is included in our quarter, half, and whole shares very soon. Stay tuned for more details!
