Meat Shares

In Four Easy Steps

1. Reserve Your Share

Choose the size of share you want—quarter, half, or whole. Your purchase is live, on the hoof, giving you the best value and full customization through your butcher.

Note: There is a waitlist for beef shares. Please email us to get on the list and secure your spot.

2. Choose Your Butcher

You select the butcher of your choice for processing.

Not sure who to use? We provide trusted local butcher recommendations to help you choose the right shop.

3. We Coordinate Pickup & Transport

Once you choose your butcher, we schedule the pickup of your steer and transport it to the butcher shop for you.

You don’t need to haul anything—just confirm the butcher and we take care of the rest.

4. Work With Your Butcher & Pick Up Your Finished Cuts

Your butcher will guide you through the cut sheet so you can customize exactly how you want your beef processed.

The buyer is responsible for all processing fees charged by the butcher.

Once complete, simply pick up your finished, packaged meat directly from the butcher shop.
