Our Story
Our Roots
Faith. Family. Cattle.
William Clarke was a cowboy through and through — but more than that, he was a man of deep faith, strong hands, and a steady heart. A deacon in his church and the backbone of this ranch, he led with quiet strength and lived by the Good Book.
He loved the land, loved his horses, and raised cattle with the same care he gave to his family. He believed in early mornings, honest work, and Sunday service. He was just as comfortable in a saddle as he was standing behind a pulpit, offering a prayer for rain or giving thanks for another season.
His legacy isn’t just in the fences he built or the cattle he raised — it’s in the values he passed down: faith, family, hard work, and always doing right.
We carry on his name with pride — and a little dust on our boots.
Our Story. Our Ranch. Your Beef.
We’re the Clarke family — John and Erin, along with our kids — and this is more than just our ranch, it’s our way of life. Every day, we work side by side as a family to raise quality beef right here in San Diego County, and we’re proud to share it with our community.
Our story is rooted in hard work, love for the land, and the belief that families deserve to know where their food comes from. That’s why we do things the right way — no shortcuts, no big industry middlemen. Just local, ranch-raised beef from our pastures to your plate.
It matters to us because this is our home too. We raise our kids here. We raise our cattle here. And we’re honored to raise beef you can trust.
From our family to yours — thank you for being part of our story.
